Lincoln Road

The Lincoln Road pedestrian mall is an outdoor boulevard (and Miami shopping haven), comprising one-of-a-kind boutiques, art galleries, bookstores, and home design stores, interspersed with restaurants, cafes, and gourmet ice-cream parlors.

Lincoln Road was one of the country's premier shopping destinations during the 1940s and 1950s, and was referred to as "The Fifth Avenue of the South". Much effort and approximately $16 million has been put towards restoring Lincoln Road to its former glory - and it shows!

Every Sunday, Lincoln Road hosts a lovely antique fair and farmers market, which showcases tropical flowers, artisan handicrafts and local delicacies. Due to Miami's tropical climate and strong Latin influence, Lincoln Road is also a popular destination for taking a stroll with family and friends.

Many a local begins their Sunday with brunch on Lincoln Road, followed by browsing, socializing and a Cuban coffee or two. During the workweek, business deals are frequently hammered out over lunch at casual Lincoln Road eateries.

Espanola Way

Located just off of Washington Avenue and north of 14th Street, visitors tend to stumble unexpectedly upon this historical street bursting with Spanish Mediterranean Revival style and bohemian charm. Many more linger, enjoying a European-style coffee or drink in the beautiful Spanish setting of Espanola Way.

South Beach has its very own fashion district located on Washington Avenue, Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive between 5th Street and Lincoln Road. Here you will find creations from international designers, as well as locally owned stores that feature unique designs from around the world.
